Out of curiousity, how many of Bernie's original Machine kids excluding practice players are still on the '96 team? I know of at least 3-4 that have departed this year alone.

I believe Jake Wahlin is one of the originals

What is the reason for their departure?

I'm sure there are less than 11 originals. I know there was a Cottage Grove kid that left 2-3 years ago and one dad from north metro that basically got his kid booted. And these are just the ones I know.

If that was the roster for last year

11 original skaters remain . I'm not sure if Lindgren was an original goalie. if so then 12 originals. Cass and Norman are not originals. They replaced the CG player and the north metro player. Norman is playing winter season for the Blues. I believe he will be playing for Bernie this summer.

Lindgren spent his first 2 AAA seasons with the '96 Icemen. Great goalie !

He was not the CG Player that left 2 years ago.

Anyone know what banner the defected players/coaches from the '95 Machine team will be playing under this summer?

I know a few people involved with this team and either they arent saying or there really isnt a team name yet.

The one I was thinking of was Eric Stoffel. The reason he left as I recall was burnout.
