I don't know where that list comes from but I think it is safe to say the NHL.com one is the accurate one. :)

I am sure you are correct. Thought it may just include North American hockey players vs. world. Maybe I misread.

To be eligible for this next draft, you have to be born before September 15, 1991. So yes...Walters is eligible.
