Hanowski is a candidate........who says they are the worst team who has beat them this year so far? just go jump off a cliff and do us all a favor please

I'm just giving two opinions. One that you want and one you don't. If I go to the Mr.Hockey thread and say Hanowski will win are we buddies again? There are 23 previous winners and they all played on better teams, sorry.

Tom Chorske, Southwest 1985. He was a GREAT player but Southwest was past its prime. I'm not sure of their record.

You lost on that recruit, the "Don" is terrible, where is Dean Blais?

Im just gonna take a stab and look at recent history:

The awful 2006 apple valley team. David Fischer.
I dont know the record, but I know they were literally a one line defense team. That one line was impressive, but that was it. That goalie was good too, but he was mentally unstable as time proved. Also, they had no forwards.

I still cant believe this team beat the 2006 AHA team, to this day I am shocked.

My next guess would be the next year:

2007 CDH Ryan Mcdonough. I think he deserved the award, and I desperatedly wish he was a gopher. However, his team was not a good team. Honestly, probably worse than the 2006 AV team.

I agree with David Fischer- Apple Valley. They were 14-10-4 in 2006.

McDonough's senior year (2007), Cretin was 20-6-2. They lost to Woodbury in the section finals.

Another candidate would be Aaron Miskovich from Grand Rapids in 1997. They went 13-10-1 that year.
