Two Rivers Conference ?

Rumored that Moose Lake, Meadow Creek, Mora, the two Mpls teams and the Burnett County Blizzard from Wisconsin are going to form a conference. Is this possible with a Wisconsin team?

Pine City will be the eighth member of this new conference and yes it is legal to have a conference with a non Minnesota team or teams.

Superior is a member of the Lake Superior Conference with the Duluth area schools.
