How come the state tournament is never on FSN? They would get great ratings for it.

Not everyone has access to FSN. They want the whole public to be able to watch.

Do you know if Direct TV is carrying it this year? I had to watch the tournament online last year for 45 bucks. Would've been cheaper just to go to the games.

You will need to have access to either the Duluth or Minneapolis local stations to watch it. Channel 45 out of Minneapolis and Channel 6 out of Duluth will be the only stations carrying it on DirecTV.

gopherhockey21, where are you from? Last year in Duluth it was on a basic channel and DirecTV has all the basic channels. I was hoping to be able to record all the games this year with DirecTV.

Anyone else?

Bummer. Interesting you pay mondo bucks for all the sports channels DirecTV has to offer and you cannot watch the state hockey tournament in the state of hockey...

Within two weeks of the start of the tournament, you can go to http://www.zap2it.com/, plug in your zip code and it will give you the complete TV listings for that code based on what cable, etc package you're using.
