Has Hill-Murray really fallen off
that much since beating the Spuds 7-0 in the Schwan's Cup or are you joking?

For fans who can't make it down to Aldrich Saturday: There's a little clip in this morning's paper that said FSN has decided to televise it.

Tyler Zepeda took a major for slashing late in the NSP game. He was checked from behind & retaliated. I assume he has to sit out Saturday. HM has talent but is young & inexperienced. They have no goal scorers left, maybe some guys who will be in the future - like Holler & Bahe, 10th graders. Isaac Kohls is one of those kicked off the team. He scored 4 in a row to start the game in the 7-0 route. Not sure how good this HM team is anymore. They beat STA on the road 3-0, then lost to Richfield one week later. Saturday will be a good test going in sections. I suspect HM, Tartan WBL & Roseville are all pretty even.

Moorhead has gotten a lot better since that 7 game losing streak (which were all against good teams, at least). They've beaten Alexandria and Warroad, tied Centennial, and lost in overtime to Jefferson.
I don't know if they'll win by 3, but I think they'll win.

I don't think he will have to sit, as he did not get a game misconduct with the penalty. He was fortunate to not get a spearing penalty which would have made him sit out a game. Moorhead seems to be much improved since the first meeting. I think it will be close and hope the Pioneers can win.

According to their broadcast of the White Bear & Woodbury game on the 19th, it was their last of the season.

a broken HM needs a boost going into sections, and the spudsters seek giving HM a pounding in return from their last meeting.
not sure what HM team will show up today but i have a feeling the spuds will pull out the W. 4-2

I was impressed with the Spuds win over Alexandria, but I am not sold the Spuds can win consistantly on the road. Hill Murray by 2, 3-1. My sources say Logan Marks will be in goal for Moorhead, I'm not sure how you can go away from Bitzer, all he does is win.

I have my doubts about this game being on FSN. They have a college basketball game on now that just started at 2:00. Doesn't the hockey game start at 3:00?
