Only one goalie, or is one missing from the list? Also I thought Zajac was a freshman?

They couldn't fill the roster with kids from the East??

there were many contreversy's in putting together the east '10 team there has been a couple roster changes.

The only one i know of is i believe Mahtomedi's goaltender Brad Wohlers will be playing for the east '10 team. I also believe a couple more BSM kids were added. But they had trouble getting kids to play

Congratulations to the North 2011 Soph.Team for winning the Gopher State. They beat the West 6-2, tied the East Team 4-4 and beat the South Team 5-3. In the championship game they beat the West Team 7-3. From what I heard they had a well balanced team with some solid goaltending.

Great job by the north. Sounds like they had fun and played well unlike the '10 North team. Sounded like a dad from Hibbing was a little too intense and was ripping players on the team on the bench and in the locker room. Thought this tourney was for the kids?

How is Vechell in this? i thought he was a senior?

Good question, most likely his last competitive hockey though. Heard he's quite the brain and will go to school somewhere solely for the academics.

Congrats also to the South 2010 Junior team for winning in the championship game today. They played a tough team from the East that was undefeated until today. Good tournament with lots of nice plays and a pretty fast pace. Saw some great goaltending this weekend also.

Wasn't there, but sounded like he did fine on his own. Good luck to Drew as he heads off to school. Heard from others that he'll probably end up a doctor. Best of luck.
