Not bad. I'll move Edina down a little bit, and EP and Burnsville up a little bit. My thinking would be that EP varsity kept a lot of sophomores last year, which will return this year, leaving this years seniors on the JGA team. Not sure if that's the case, but it would make sense.
1. Wayzata
2. EP
3. Burnsville
4. Tonka
5. Edina
6. WBL
7. Wessy's
8. Duluth

Hey Lace,
Thx for the props. I see we think alike with the same teams in each top 10.
Bad$elf:
Were there any other teams in the FF tourney?

Yeah I don't think they're forgeting SLP you just haven't shown anything and as far as having a lot of benilde kids on your team I just don't believe it because there are 3 benilde kids on the minnetonka team and just don't see how you guys could have much over that.

I love how you call them a Good squad. But thats besides the point wait until you play a good team that has a winning record year in and year out. Don't claim your all stars because you played a team that hardly ever has a winning record and the Junior Gold level

I expect quite a shuffle among my ranked leaders as the season goes on. Should be a very balanced league. EP, Tonka, for example could easly
win the state title. The winner will be the team that works hard and improves over the course of the season. Teams that choose to coast will not end up in the final 4.

I saw the wayzata burnsville game, and wayzata definatley did not look like they had the fire they usually have in past years. they have a pretty fast team but they didnt hit the net all that much and took a lot of wide angled shots with a low chance of scoring

saw the last couple periods of this game too. chances were about even during this time-- Wayzata had a goal waived off for what must have been in the crease; however, the player wasn't there until the puck was, so why it was waived off and the face-off outside the zone is not clear.
SOG were is the mid-40's for Wayzata, low-to-mid teens for Burnsville; most of Wayzata's were had before I got there.
Didn't look like the Wayzata kids were on the same page-- they will be a formidable team once this happens

Wayzata looked pretty good. Very fast team. A lot of their shots were from pretty far outside and bad angles. Scoring chances were about even. Bville missed on two breakaways and Wayzata had a goal waived off. Both goalies played extremely well. Should both be there at the end of the year.
