Blaine is making the trip north to Memorial Arena. Can Roseau pull this game out, or will Bjugstad and company be too much for the Rams?

Roseau will take this one at home by 1 or 2 goal margin. Should be a dandy!

Listen and watch the game and we shall see!

Well being a Former Ram I know where my allegiance lies however Blaine will be a very tough game for the Rams.

A little inside info for those interested: You may be able to see this game live tonight if all goes well with testing of our coverage back home. No promises but its a strong possibility. Technology is a wonderful thing when it works right!!!

Tune in and listen online at www.MnSportsNetwork.com and see if the Bengals can take down the Rams in the hockey hallowed ground of Memorial Ice Arena.

If you Blaine fans think this will be an easy game, keep in mind, and look at other posts on this forum as to "who's the best goalie in the state."

The majority of poeple have made posts stating it is Zane Gothberg, from Thief River Falls, who has been recruited to play at North Dakota.

Roseau only blasted 6 shots past Gothberg in game 1, and my guess, they will be fine versus Blaine.

Then again, I haven't been right on ANY prediction this year.  #-o :-k ](*,) :-#

Blaine: 3

Blaine has too much talent to lose to Roseau. Bjugstad, Scheid, and Tufte are going to have big games.

Blaine came back to win 5-4, Bjustad (sorry for the spelling) had a hat trick. Roseau took 3 consecutive penalties in the 3rd, Blaine capitalized scoring 2 goals in the last 2 1/2 minutes. Blaine deserves a lot of credit and proved they are a good team, it's not easy coming from behind and winning on the road at Memorial.

I listened to most of the game; it was a fun one to catch. Blaine was a bit sluggish out of the gates but then Bjugstad took over.

Despite the final result it's a strong showing for Roseau; they served notice to the rest of 8AA that they can play with anyone. (Except maybe Minnetonka...not sure if anyone can play with them right now...)

And Teak--seeing as there probably aren't too many people in Malaysia listening to Minnesota hockey, I'm going to guess that you were the guy they gave the shoutout to at the start of the third period. :D
