Anyone with info on upcoming Holiday Tournaments could post that info here...if there is an interest in the forum. Any info regarding hosts, location, teams / brackets, schedules etc. etc. would be appreciated by me. I try to make the rounds around the metro...best chance to see top teams in action. Thanks!

I thought I had watched the worst refereed game when I watched the Centennial v. WBL game on Wednesday night, but I was wrong. The same referee crew (I think) managed to outdo themselves in the Elk River v. WBL game. They took away a goal from WBL that would have put WBL up 2 to 1, and they called over 20 penalties on the two teams combined. ER had an open net at the end of the game. ER may still have come out on top, but the poor refereeing certainly made it a very challenging game.
ER has a talented team. I would like to see WBL have another chance to play them with a full squad -- WBL was missing two forwards off its first line for both the Centennial and ER games. Congrats to ER on the win. They played very hard.

This is going to roll into a great tourney season. There is no clear favorite anyone can be beat and its happening. Really who can get dialed in and play as a team is going to be a top contender. Could be some big surprises this year.

I agree...was thinking the same, and I think results in virtually all the holiday tournaments really proves that to be the case this season.
