.........where are ye? Are you all fair weather fans in hibernation? I'm still hopeful these young kids will be a surprise at the end of the year. They need to find some scoring punch, but hey, they got their first victory yesterday!

Hanowski was a big part of this team, contributing on almost every goal they had last year. It will be tough for them to rebound this year.

What did you expect? A team who starts 0-6 isn't gonna pack the house.

The fans there know that there is not much hope. They have been great when they were winning. One would have thought that it would have created more enthusiasm in LF. But, it really didn't even drive up their youth numbers at all. It is too bad that it has not stuck more with the people there.

Little Falls is a winter sport community, and hockey is not the only game in town. We've also gone to state in boys BB the last two years and have sent several wrestlers to state.
The current Jr./Sr #'s aren't great but the youth levels are good considering LF is traditionally strong in these other sports......

fair weather fans is what you call most of the LF Community. I though have watched them through the lows, and highs, and well if you are a FAN, you just love to watch hockey, and get your A$$es out there and support your team. Well I guess most where teachers, doctors, and people that live off glory to be seen, so not that great of help. Be a PART.

Let's face it, historically there are few that compare to what Hanowski did for LF in the last few years, but in reality, they lost a HUGE senior class. This years upper classmen are not strong, but the numbers and talent from the soph crew on down to as far as mites is very solid. There will be a minor hiccup the next year or so, but look for the Flyers to be back on top after a brief hiatus.
As far as people getting out and supporting the team, after tomorrow they will have 8 games under their belts, and only 2 played at home. There will still be decent crowds at home for this squad, just not the rabid fan base travelling to the road games that they have had in the past few years, but that is to be expected

With the amount of playing time that this group of sophs and frosh are getting, I predict that Little Falls will be competitive next season, and very competitive in two years. There are still two Hanowskis playing but apparently not at the level that Ben and Beau did. Give them time. I like Little Falls; had lunch there when I went through two summers ago. Will do so again this next summer.
