Was PETA pissed about the high sticking involved??

No, PETA was mad that the ref only called for the faceoff to be in the Green Bay end, rather than giving Lee a high-sticking penalty.

I havn't heard much about Ozzy osbourne the last few years with since Anders Lee appeared on the Minnesota hockey radar.. Coincidence...or could it be???

Isn't this ridiculous?? In one sense, isn't the bat a potential human risk when it is scared like this? If so, when human injury is at stake, PETA is going to upset about it??? Are they supposed to cost the taxpayers more money with delaying the game while the bat gets removed?

I knew Anders Lee was also a good football player, but he must be a darn good baseball player, too.

I love the Bat Trick promotion..... Doesn't get much better than that..

BTW, PETA is an evil organization. They pose as advocates for helpless animals, yet they kill 95% of the pets in their care - it's cheaper than providing shelter or finding new homes. Then they grandstand about a dead bat at a hockey game. For PETA, it's not about animals, it's all about money and politics. (he said, steppping down from his soapbox). Haha i dont see the hockey team trying to "catch it and set it free". They are holding sticks they might as well just kill it.
