Holy Angels with their first non-conference win last night, but all of their games thus far have been home games. Minnetonka is coming off an away win over a top team in state. The edge, experience and momentum probably goes to Tonka, but expect a great game from both teams.

I will have to say Tonka unless Kruger has an off night like he was kinda having against Blaine, after Blaine's 3rd goal Kruger had only faced 13 shots ... Big Ouch for the starting goalie for the top team in the State.
But if Kruger shows up with his A game I have a feeling that Tonka will be able to take this game.

I have to say AHA will win. If I don't the team and parents would not speak to me. Really, AHA has had good luck at the X and I think they are really starting to play well.
Tonka on the other hand looks awfully good and it will be a tough game for the STARS. But I have seen the best teams fall and besides, it is the Schwans cup, not the state tournament. Long way to go for that.

Tonka 5-1
Don't think they'll miss as many early opportunites as they did against Blaine and Kruger plays as he has for past 2+ years.

Holy Angels hasn't had a schedule like the Skippers have had so far. Tonka will be more prepared than Holy Angels for this game.
Minnetonka 3
Holy Angels 1

Yeah, it was a fun game to watch. The game was never in doubt. Minnetonka has one great line, 2 good lines and the best defensive group that I've seen in years. If there's a knock on this Minnetonka team their goalie Kruger, who is good, has thus far looked shaky at times. But that rarely will be a factor because of the exceptional defensive play. At one point with about 2 minutes left in the second period they held Holy Angels without a shot in the period. This Minnetonka team is unequivocally the best team in the state.
