teams play against each other. the winner plays on :D and the loser goes home :cry: to momma

Nope, you're right. In some situations , a team who is 9-15 may get the #1 seed ahead of a 20-4 team. The 9-15 has played a decent schedule and the 20-4 is in breakout year playing in a schedule of perrenially weak teams. This is very common in the lower seeds. That is why they vote on it.

Also why scheduling section opponents helps a lot, but some teams still don't :shock:
