I agree - Lakeville South is too high, and so is Elk river in my opinion, didn't they just lose to centennial 7 -1. The rest looks pretty good to me.

You may want to look at Moundsview. They had a great showing in St. Cloud losing to Burnsville in the Ship.

We will see if Lakeville South is too high. In the next couple of weeks they will play Eagan and Woodbury in league play.

I agree. Miinetonka should be #2 or 3 With Woodbury. 2 very solid teams and it is a toss up for which one should be #2 and or 3. I would also have to move Lakeville So down.

Centennial beat EP 2 of the 3 times they've played this year most recently 6-1 in Roseau?

yes but centennial has also dropped games to moorhead, elkriver, st. cloud, roseau, cloquet, andover.

got throttled by edina and woodbury and east

seems they are too inconsistent to be highly ranked but if they show up they might surprise someone in the post season. That is a big "IF"

Why should Rochester be ranked? They have not even won 15 games this year. Win your District playoffs, then yes...

Lakeville South hasnt even had that great of a year and they're ranked plus they're one win away from elimination in districts so they shouldn't probably be ranked either. By the way rochester has beaten quite a few top 20 teams including Woodbury and White Bear Lake

Shouldnt a top 20 team beat such a bad Rochester team by more?

Theoretically - Rochester and Lakeville South could play again this Sunday. I'm scheduled to be there for the 5:30 game, but would come early to see this match-up.

Lakeville South has been an interesting team to follow. They win the Bloomington tourney, by beating some pretty decent teams (maybe catching them off guard - but a win is a win)......they are darn near unbeatable afterwards...........then lose to River Heights in D8 playoffs. ???

I see the top teams in the State being these 5 teams:

Duluth East, Woodbury, Minnetonka, Grand Rapids and Osseo Maple Grove. These teams have been very consistent over the year and I see the State Tournament Champion coming from these teams. Records as of last week of these 5 teams are 212-38-8. 82% winning percentage.

Next tier would be Burnsville, Apple Valley, Eagan, Blaine.

Teams that could surprise would be Roseau, Mounds View.
