Question about Class A private school teams

So a kid grows up in Edina, or Minnetonka, or Minneapolis or Wayzata and his parents decide to send him to the Breck School. He plays his youth hockey in one of those mentioned associations through Bantams playing against the top AA talent in the Metro.
So the team is loaded with kids who grew up in large communities playing against top competition but because they go to a school with a small student body they get to play in the A? How does that work or who in their right mind thinks that is even close to something considered fair?
Your thoughts?

They play where the MSHSL says a school with their enrollment should play. There is no perfect system and until someone comes up with a better one this is the best available.

I suppose the big money broker parents have nothing to do with the MSHSL's decision?
How could I even think such a thing!

Pretty sure that kids go to Breck for the education

I would suppose that as well and I really have no idea how you could.

So it's just a coincidence that year after year they put a team on the ice that would compete for the AA State Championship?
Yeah, you could be right.

Yeah, you could be right.
They've only made it to the class A tourney 3 times in the past 10 seasons. They'd probably walk through AA "year after year" though.
And since Warroad has made it 7 of the past 10 they should probably be forced to play AA too right?
