Landscape of 7AA 2010?

East has owned this section for a couple years. Will this section return to the highly competitive years of 2005 and 2006 anytime soon where you had NHL draft picks and many D1 commits with 4-5 teams being in the top 20 throughout the season?

I think we'll begin to see Rapids and Cloquet rise again this year.
Will they make it up to East's level, though? I wouldn't think so, at least not this year. But stranger things have happened.
Flake will continue to be in the upper tier of the section, too, and with the thinness of the section beyond East, Elk River could stay up near the top if enough things go right. They have a lot of rebuilding to do, though.

Anyone know if Denfeld is gonna be in 7AA this year. Btw, I confirmed with the DECC that the 7AA playoffs are planned to be in the new DECC, AMSOIL Arena. Should be fun.

That's great news!
And Denfeld will for sure be in 7A (yes, single A) this year.

Forest Lake should be tough. Most of the kids are playing spring sports now.[Baseball, Golf, track] Start Skating, and lifting together mon.
