What kind of association doesn't have a 14U coach picked by now?

Lots. Several don't even know if they'll have a team yet.

I heard that there is a possibility of no 14U team in St. Cloud this year. Any truth to it?

The answer is 'many'. The answer to how many associations do not have their final numbers so they'll know what teams they'll have is also 'many'. We have some potential parent coaches lined up, but would ideally like to have a non-parent coach, if qualified, but we do need to finalize in the next few weeks. The pickings are apparently incredibly slim. Even the incredible influence and breadth of this forum has not yielded any candidates.

This wouldn't be Edina's 14UA2 team, would it?

Nope, not Edina. As far as I've heard, they have coaches for both 14UA teams.
