I notice the Minneapolis Park Bantam A team entered in the NikeBauer
Tier 1 AAA Tournament in Chicago in November at the 96 AAA level. Good on ya
- the kids will enoy it. Its a hoot.

Curious ... How did you get in the 96 division with 95's (potentially) on your roster?

Also, have any other association teams attended this event and if so, how did they do?

How did the Mpls park situation work out ? I don't see how the Storm can play in Chi. with no Bantam A team. Any one know where this stands at the present time?

I saw that. I think that was all done before the supposed split between the parties that make up the Mpls Park teams. I haven't heard anything since the Storm coach posted a week or so ago on this board.
I hope they figured out a way for their Bantam A team to stay together.
It would be a shame if they had to withdraw from the tournament.
Does anyone know where this is at now??

I've heard that the Bantam A team will be the single Mpls-Park co-oped team this year. Glad they let the boys play out their final year of youth together. The rest of the teams will be either St. Louis Park or Minneapolis. All play in D3 this year. They received permission from the Bauer International Tourney to play with their few after July 1 95s. They'll be a good team and it will be interesting how they do in Chicago.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear they were able to keep the team together for the Bauer tournament. I'm sure the kids are all looking forward to it.

They will have a blast. It's a terrific tournament. I'd like to see more Minnesota teams spread their wings ...
