In the Edina Cake Eater the Friday winners play each other on Saturday for the Championship and the Friday losers play for third place. This is the way it has always been run and I am unaware of any change this year.

hockeyheaven, we decided not to include the two Edina Tournament games to be played on Saturday the 27th because we don't know what the matchups will be (plus we'd have just one day for everyone to post their predictions).

NOBODY predicted Blake's big upset win over Edina - Hillary Crowe with the hat trick and I assume the No. 1 star of the game. So it'll be BSM vs. Blake in tomorrow's Cake Eater final with Edina taking on Breck in the consolation game. These 4 teams appear to be very evenly matched.

#15AA ranked Eden Prairie ties #10AA Irondale 4-4, so no points awarded in that one....5 of 7 contestants had Irondale winning so I guess the tie has to be considered a minor upset for EP.

Antagonist is leading the pack with 3 points. If Stillwater beats Hill Murray, Antagonist wins this week. If Hill Murray manages to beat Stillwater, OntheEdge and TeamFirst will pull into a tie with Antagonist, with 3 points each.

P.S. The Red Wing vs. Totino Grace game does not enter into the picture since everyone predicted Totino Grace will win (which means absolutely nothing, as evidenced by the Blake win over Edina tonight!).

With Hill-Murray's 3-2 win over Stillwater tonight we can now declare this week's contest to be a tie. With the Red Wing/Totino-Grace outcome still not reported, Antagonist and OntheEdge each have 4 correct winners. Since they (and everyone else) predicted Totino would win, nobody else can match their point total. Congratulations to OntheEdge and Antagonist on a job well done!
