Should be a classic battle royal this thrusday when white bear plays hill at white bears new stadium in vadnais heights. Although the game isnt until 730 if you want to see this game you might wanna consider being there around 4 when tickets go on sale cause this stadium only holds 1500

Interesting planning. I thought they were keeping this game at Aldrich

No way will that arena hold 1500 people. The guy that designed this arena has never been to a hockey game. The very best seats in the arena are obstructed view. As far as spectator seating, this is one of the worst arenas I have ever been in. I hope White bear comes to their senses some day and moves back to Aldrich.

I sadly agree. but the thing is white bear doesnt make any profit from having games at aldrich. i dont see this game changing arenas

The streak will end sooner or later, and I'd rather it end in December than in February, but it's important for Hill to win this game. If WB wins, it will be, "See?! I told you we needed our own arena!", and WB will never move it back to Aldrich.
At least that crummy black and orange banner has been removed from Aldrich.
Also, I know it's been said here before, but I have a hard time believing that the schools get no cut from ticket sales. If Aldrich does get all of the ticket sales, why would let that event go and lose that revenue? It would seem a win-win for both parties to renegotiate the finances and keep it there.
Does it work the same for section tournaments? Or when the Schwan's Cup held games there? I can't believe those tournaments let Aldrich keep all ticket revenues.

imho they made a mistake with the seating, anyone who doesn't want to wait 4 hours before the game, can't see one of the best minnesota high school sports rivalry games.

There contract with them was up thats why they opted out and got a new place... but as far as the game goes hill murrays defense has been struggling and i cant see them stopping the best line in the state this year (Birki/Whalen)...

WBL will come out on top if Birki and Wahlin score first and do not get frustrated if they dont. Otherwise the cheap shots they are known to give out will start and in the box they go...this would not be good. The SEC has weakened big time this year but WBL has not. WBL should win the section and Sager saves his job.

Hill's depth will get the best of the Bears again. I see at least 3 from the 3rd line.
Metro East All-Stars - 5
WBL - 3
Lechner can go to his black and orange home...happy!
