Not sure why but it seems to me it looks like Edina is scared to play them after gettimg beat by them last week. If things are'nt going there way they just won't play. Seems to be a pattern.

The heck with them....I prefer to give Kudos to the three teams that hosted us. Excellent job.

Eden Prairie, and Woodbury went out their way to get extra ice time and gave us the 17 minute periods we play up north, there was decent officiating, and all three teams (include Minnetonka) represented their associations with class and dignity.

This class went from the players and coaches to the parents.

Great Job!

It's getting old if your Edina. Man up and play the game. I'm sure Bellows had a few rough games in his lifetime, does he think his boys are to SOFT to play in a rough game? I don't care what the reason, you don't quit and you don't cancel. PERIOD!!!

I infer from that you mean the Bantam As. When was it supposed to occur? You do realize that Bellows is the assistant coach, right? If someone is to blame, it's Dornbach, the head coach.

I am not from E G F. but heard they beat Edina in Roseau and were to play them last weekend. Edina called and said they could'nt find any ice. It has been schedual for a long time. You do the math. and I am sure Bellows has just as much input as Dornbach. You simply just don't do that. and if you do you get what you get, don't whine about it like every one is out to get you.

Dakota, for someone not even from EGF you sure are bent out of shape from something that does not concern you.

And he apparently doesn't actually KNOW anything, he's just "heard" stuff. Yet he's willing to go anonymously onto the internet and call someone out by name. How about he "man's up" tells us HIS name and what his sources are that he's heard stuff from?

I have no love for Dornbach or Bellows, but my issues with Bellows have been face-to-face, not anonymously on the internet.

The admins can lock this thread up. Yes, EGF had a metro swing scheduled with Edina, Eden Prairie, and Minnetonka and Edina backed out. Woodbury was good enough on short notice to fit EGF into their schedule and EGF was able to still get three games in the metro over the weekend.

It's history and EGF plays in Thief River Falls tomorrow.
