SLP vs Lakeville

Just wanted to comment on Lakevilles team....
anyone who thinks they have any shot beating us or going to state is crazy, they are an awful team in almost every aspect of the game.
Lakeville ranks tied for 10th in goals scored.
Lakeville ranks 11th in goals against.

They have virtually no chance against us on Saturday and anyone who believes otherwise I encourage you to come out and watch for yourself.

There is no chance this person plays for SLP, probably someone who created an account to make them look bad. Hence there one and only post

Lakeville is one of the worst teams in goals against (3.66), and goals for (2.63), while SLP is one of the top goal scoring teams (4.04-good for 3rd in metro). And just last month they beat Lakeville 8-5 and 9-3, I think this one will be a blow out. I say SLP 7, lakeville 2.

Thats the best time for a team to come ready to play and show SLP what they really have

Reg this one is gonna be closer than you think... noone will ever walk away with a playoff game in 7-2 fashion. Not when its a 6 & 7 seed matchup.

On behalf of the squad, we want everyone to keep throwing stats at us on why we cannot win. It only make us want it more:)

Good luck to all teams, it is going to be a great tournament!

Just an FYI, I have respect for both Lakeville and SLP, just looking at how they match up. The game could go either way, but the numbers strongly favor SLP.

Now onto Thursday matchups

Blaine 4-18-2 Eagan 2-0 vs Blaine
Eagan 6-18-2

Lakeville 11-11-2 SLP 3-0 against Lakeville
SLP 11-10-3

Centenial 12-11-1 Centenial 2-0 vs Wessys
Wessys 3-18-3

Burnsville 12-6-6
Jefferson 9-11-4 Burnsville 2-0 vs Centenial

Stillwater 11-11-2 Stillwater 1-0 vs Champlin
Champlin 1-21-2

Edina 14-7-3 Edina 2-0 vs WBL
WBL 9-11-4

By looking at the matchups you can see that every team is undefeated against the other. This would lead you to believe that these games will all be one-sided. By using the knowledge that I have about these teams I could see there being very possible upsets in three of these games.

Any other projections post here
