How valid are "Let's Play Hockey's" rankings?

What criteria does Let's Play Hockey use when ranking teams throughout the season in both Class A and AA? Is there a panel of writer's who do the ranking or is it just one person and his/her opinion?
Any thoughts on this? Just curious.

They get rankers from around the State to rank teams. They can be anybody from Coaches to parents.LPH sends scores of all teams at the level you are ranking. Take it for what its worth.
