Duluth Marshall to offer u14 AAA August-May, What is This

I have been watching the Girls Forum for about a year now, and finally have decided to ask a question to see if anyone can help me out.
After going to a few AAA tournaments i have heard rumors that a group has been given the ok to form a U14 AAA team and run it throughout the school year under the Marshall name.
I live in an outlying area of Duluth and may be interested if it were affordable. What does a player have to do to play on the team, I left a message at the school and no one has returned my call.
