What would the cost for the tournament be. I'm guessing that isn't part of the $25 fee.

We were just having a fun spirited roast (a toast to make fun of) in the hypocrite topic......
O'Shay's post simply brightened my day.

Do you think the Blades will allow any Machine teams in the Walleye Classic?

Couldn't resist.
Moderator's disclaimer: I am by no means implying BM is Big Brother--I stay as far away from that argument as I can! But it's my job to play big brother on here, so like I said, couldn't resist.

How was the turnout?
I admit that I don't know a lot about the Miracle Gold, but don't you already have teams at the 03-01 levels? Is the tryout to fill a couple of open roster spots for the upcoming tournament or are you assembling a different team altogether?
Sounds like a heck of a deal for $25.

The Miracle Gold Coaching staff was pleased with the numbers and quality of skaters that made the tryout evaluation on Sunday. The skating drills put players out of their comfort zone and the scrimmage portion of the tryouts were up-tempo and very competitive in all age groups. We will resume the second half of the tryout process on Tuesday, again at the Schwans Super Rink.

I watched the 02 tryout and the skating drills DEFINITELY took kids out of their comfort zone. Fun to watch. I would have broken my ankles on at least half of the drills, particularly kicking your back heels together while jumping.
Scrimmage was fun to watch. A lot of talent on the ice.
Will the time trial results be posted here or somewhere else?

These tryouts are for the 2013 season. The 2012 team was picked 2 years ago.

Thank You to all the skaters and families that attended the Miracle Gold / Team Minnesota tryout evaluations in the past couple of days. The Miracle Gold Coaches and parents were able to get a good look at the skaters as they worked edges, handled pucks and scrimmaged at the Schwans Super Rink. The top players in each group were pushed by the narrowed competitive gap, as mentioned before with the high quality of skaters. We will be contacting families in 24-48 hours with our determinations and intentions moving forward. Again, Thank You for your interest in our program.
