Final was 8-2 Benilde. Blake started out strong, going up 2-0, and also hit the crossbar twice in the 1st. But they were just not deep enough to keep up and completely ran out of gas in the 3rd.
Should be a good final tomorrow night.

Breck sure seems to have a very nice team with some really solid wins so far. Will be very interesting to see how they do against Benilde. If Breck beats them, an argument could be made they are the best team in the state regardless of class. Although to be honest, I haven't seen them play and I know HM did outshoot them pretty badly when they played...

Breck did beat Benilde tonight, 4-3 in OT. With their goalie pulled for an extra attacker, they scored the tying goal with 9.5 seconds left in regulation, and then won in overtime a few minutes later on a power play tally. Nice comeback by a determined Breck team after being badly outshot and outplayed in the first period.

Speaking of Edina tournaments, does anyone know the brackets for the ABRA tourney at Christmas?
