Legacy Hockey is a new AAA/Summer Hockey Development program that will focus on the development of all skill levels from Mites up to the High School level. All teams and programs will be based out of the Vadnais Sports Complex located in Vadnais Heights Minnesota.
Legacy Hockey will offer training and skill development in the AAA team format for birth years 1998 - 2004. The focus on these teams will be of overall skill development, and will cater to the player who is looking to challenge and push themselves to become a more skilled hockey player. The teams will follow a progressive practice plan and compete in several tournaments, while receiving constant feedback from the coaching staff. This program is designed for the player who has dedicated themselves to improving their individual hockey skills in a competitive team environment. Players are expected to participate regularly in practice and commit to team concepts.
Legacy Hockey will also be offering Mite - Squirt - Peewee - Bantam and High School summer "camp" programs. These camps will be between 20 and 30 hours of on ice training with flexible schedules, with camp hours being offered in both day time and evening hours over the summer months. This training will consist of a combination of skill development, small area games and overall conditioning of the player. These camps are a cost effective option that will allow for a player to improve their hockey skills, while also allowing the flexibility to participate in other sports or activities.
