They're building a really good program. Great coach, good facilities, and improving recruits. Nice to see another solid D1 hockey school.

Congrats to a great player. Nice to see another MN kid committing to a d-1.

Dean Blais will have that program in top 5 annually in no time. Just like he did with Sioux.

Dean Blais loves those Minnesota kids, hes got quite the program down there and with all the youth he has, like mentioned before thats gonna be a team thats a national title threat in a matter of no time. Would have loved to have seen St Cloud State land him but oh well. Congrats to the kid.

Congrats to Jake! There have been some naysayers about him over the years--it's nice to see that hard work and a great knowledge of the game do pay off. He may not have been blessed with the physical skills of some of the state's other top players, but he's put in the work necessary to make up for that. I've enjoyed watching him grow from a sophomore role player into someone near the top of the Mr. Hockey watch list.

I look forward to following his career at UNO; hopefully a few more Hounds will commit in the not-so-distant future.

Such as Olson, Repensky, Toninato.

I would think Olson and Toninato are just about sure bets. While I personally love Repensky's game he is a little bit tougher to make a call on. Great hands and vision but is a little undersized for a dman and the history of injuries is likely to make teams think hard before jumping on board. No question he is the leader on the blue line and when healthy is as good as just about anyone else at the high school level.

Randolph is a very solid player, I think he'll do really well at the next level. Blais is definitely a north-south type of coach so it is a good fit for both parties. One of those kids who seems to love the game, and will not be afraid to work hard to improve his game to be effective at that level.

Gotta figure with Olson that if he had not gotten hurt, chances are he might have commited somewhere by now too if he has been getting looks.
