Saw the score was 4-3 for DE. Seems alot closer than I expected. Was Superior good or maybe a just a flat game on DE's part. Anyone care to comment.

Superior was a lot better than I expected, and their goalie came up huge early in the 2nd period when East was ahead 3-0. He must have made 3 or 4 really nice saves to keep them in it. East didn't look normal and it was Trevor Olson's first game back. He looked like he didn't have his legs back yet. I would expect a much better performance out of them Saturday vs. Blaine.

^^^ Agreed .. East was clearly the better team, were faster, bigger, and more physical.. They outshot Soup like 45-19 I believe, their power plays were excellent , but the 2nd and 3rd lines failed to perform once again.. Olson and Repensky looked rusty, compared to how Ive seen them in the past.. the first line looked amazing as usual, and Randolph was on fire..
Once Olson, Repensky get back on track I think they will make a good run, and Blaine will be another good game to get their lines all working again, just in time for the big CEC game @ Amsoil Arena on Monday

A couple really good saves, 1 bad goal, 1 weird goal, technically solid the rest of the time. He didn't struggle IMO, but he wasn't at the top of his game either.
