Grand Rapids Coaching History

Looking for some coaching history for Grand Rapids.
Please go back as far as you can and list the head coaches and the years that they were the head coaches. Assistants if known also.

I can give you Gus Hendrickson and Mike Sertich (mid 70's)
Jim Nelson and Lynn Ellingson (late 70's-early 80's)

I believe that cliff Kaupi was the first coach in the 50s

What year was Bruce LaRoques first year as head coach?
What year was Lyn Ellingsons first year as head coach?
Who was the head coach just before Lyn Ellingson?

If my memory is correct, I believe the coaching order from the mid 70's would be something like this- Hendrickson; Nelson, Christensen, Ellingson.
Not sure of the years.
I don't know how long Bruce has been coaching.
