Could buffalo possibly stir the pot in 8AA, after a couple of close games with lake conference teams?

They took Minnetonka into OT, and they certainly played Roseau tough. They've got players who show flashes of real skill so certainly they could be section spoilers.

I 2nd that.

Schmidt played great for Buffalo, that's all.

They may get past the Rams in the quarters, but the Spuds will roll over them in the semis.

They also had a tight one with Eden Prairie, 4-2 with an EN. Talked to a buddy who was at the game and said that EP's goalie kept them in it in the first, and then Buffalo's kept them in it in the 2nd and 3rd.

It would be a different story if they won those games.

It could happen. You don't have to win it all to stir the pot.

Really not an upset if Buffalo beats Roseau based on the season, but as far as tradition, it would be huge.

I would consider Roseau being knocked out in the quarters to Buffalo stirring the pot, so i would agree.

Some nice moral victories at the end of the year, but no pot stirring in a 6-1 loss. Maybe next year.
