If Perry is still injured, this could be the case. He has been the Andover team all year.

Your relative that plays for Andover has a bone to pick with you.

How do these teams match up?? I saw Andover gave up 30 plus shots to SMA.

Can't pick a victor but I do predict a 1 goal (or 2 with EN) either way. Wouldn't be surprised to see OT either.

That got you out of the woodwork.
But did you not know that Perry is the whole team?

For what its worth, MyFoxHockey tweeted today that Perry will be a game time decision for Saturday's game. No idea on where they got this info, but must have been a semi-reliable source for them to relay it on their twitter account

What's with all of the hate directed towards Andover? A record of 18-6-2 is indicative of the talent on this team. Sure Mr. Perry is playing extremely well and is an exceptional talent, but he is not the entire team. The last time I looked, he is not scoring goals - this team averages over 5 goals per game. Continue to sip the haterade and this team will prove you wrong again and again. The few times I have watched this group, it is very evident they play as a team. Makes no difference who scores, the approach seems to be get r done. And more importantly, there is no quit as they keep coming at you no matter the score. I think Forest Lake will find that out on Saturday. Huskies win by 3

Huskies win due to Perry keeping the puck out of the net

They win cause they score more goals than the other team. Good goaltending does help, obviously. But lets be real, they have some very good playmakers on that team.. But FL might be on a roll. Ill take FL by 2

Interested to see what kind of shot totals are posted for Mr. Perry... There has been much speculation of the stats being padded at the home games this year... I would be curious to see just how good he really is...

And we will head to OT, 6-6. Flake ties it with 90 seconds left.

Fun game. Great effort by Forest Lake--to come this close to the final as a 6-seed in a deep section is pretty impressive. But they definitely were running out of gas against a deeper Andover team, and the Huskies got it done in the end.
I suspect Andover has improved since East beat them 6-1 in December. But they cannot take as many penalties as they did this afternoon--that would be suicide against the East PP.

Too many eyes

on this game to pad goalie or his kids stats. Wouldn't surprise us though.
Awesome win for the kids. I think that might have been the last "W" this year, but who expected us to even be above .500. Lace 'em up and see what happens.
