Not a big upset. Jefferson beat them in the MW Tourney and has been ranked some or part of the season. The fact that a team ranked that high is done is surprising...totally agree there.

Edina Green playing lots better the last 2 weeks, I'm guessing they beat Jeff. Burnsville will lose to Edina White by 2 (just a guess).

Mahtomedi might be the hottest team in the whole state. They are 8-0-1 in league play games since early January. In the last two weeks they have beaten NSP and Roseville (1 and 2 in D2). Our formula likes big recent wins.

Thanks for the updates.

An old sage at BIG said to me this winter at the MW. Those Stillwater teams do so many things right, they have so much balance top to bottom. They will be there in the end. Meanwhile, NSP was winning D2 and doing well everywhere, I laughed.
