High school hockey compared to tier 3 junior hockey.

A friend and I have been having a debate as to which one you would rather watch while watching the tier 3 junior championship in Rochester. He says he would rather watch tier three juniors and I would rather watch two good high school teams any day. Please help in our debate. Which would you choose and why.
