Moorhead didn't look up to par last night against Bemidji, they let them hang around too long and it almost cost them the game. It was 2-2 after 1 and 5-2 after the second. The final was 8-4 but it was 5-4 Moorhead with just about 6 minutes left in the third, then Bemidji lost it. <p></p><i></i>

Yes it was another second place trophy. To me that is still pretty damn good, only one other team can claim to be better, and I kow it isn't Elk River. With your logic, if you don't take first place, you have failed. But when that is what you get every year, it is more expected instead of an accomplishment. I would trade 10 2nd place finishes for just 1 championship.
