birdmister, <br> I dont know if its the goaltending or the defense that Moorhead needs to improve. Ive only see the Alex game and it was the first of the year, but this isnt last years team. Roseau on the other hand has played some very stiff competition to start off the year..... and will be the more experienced team. The question is can Moorheads talent overcome their lack of experience to beat Roseau. The Moorhead posters are overly optimistic. I find it interesting that the only poster that seems to have analyzed the game right is from Roseau.<br> <p></p><i></i>

Not being able to see what Moorhead has to offer, it is hard to say. However, losing 16 seniors and a great goaltender in Beau Christian, that says something. The Roseau team has depth and they all want to win. They are a TEAM with no individuals, lead by great captains with experience. The Rams have played a tough schedule and their record shows it. Some of the posts have been given a high scoring game. I believe that when Bjerk is on his game, you may get one or two on him, but three or four are hard to come by this young kid. I say 4-2 Roseau. (Hopeful Mr. Hockey) Brian McMillin is coming off a two goal game to Section opponent St. Cloud Tech and with the likes of legendary Billy Lund, and the greatest asst. coach in the State, Brian Wierson behind the bench, you never know what may happen. Moorhead wins 5-3 with the 5th goal possibly an empty netter. While true that Moorhead's goaltending and D hasn't been of high quality yet, it should (better) improve as the year goes on. I think these two teams are pretty evenly matched, but have to give the Spuds the edge until Roseau can beat them, especially on their home ice. Can't wait to see the game. <p></p><i></i>

I believe that Moorhead will win this one 5-3. I think the Spuds are going to be better than eveyone thinks. The pressure is off of them this year. It seems like the teams that are not supposed be that great always pull off a good season. Look for the Spuds to contend for the chanpionship once again. <p></p><i></i>
