Should be a very telling week at the Holiday Tournaments this week with lots of movement in the AA Rankings. Heading into the Tourney's I thought it would be fun to have a quick look at one of the better rankings available, in Rankings, Strength of Conference, Strength of Schedule & Strength of Section.

The following is derrived from Mitch Hawker's rankings, available at http://www.ushsho.com/mnrank.htm , of which I am quickly becoming a big fan. Great work on these Mitch.

Just to clarify something: the rankings you link to belong to Mitch Hawker.

They agree on many things in theory, and they will probably grow more and more alike as the season goes on. Both are admins on this forum, and have been ranking hockey teams since I was in elementary school.

Thanks for the clarification Karl. Good sites. Both of them. I'll gather Lee's numbers and see how they compare to Hawkers.
