I believe GR's big guns (Peterson, Bischoff, Sheppard) are going to make a statement and show all the naysayers how good they actually are. Time to put up or shut up!! 6-2 GR

WOW! All I know is that this is a huge game, and will be fun to be there and watch these boys do battle. A lot of respect for Grand Rapids that's for sure.

This is one where Grand Rapids needs to find some identity and get clicking together.

Spotting the other team momentum...and usually the the lead...won't get them anywhere.

Another tie between these two squads. 5-5 with GR having about a 5 shot advantage after it was all said and done.
GR found themselves in a 3-0 hole shortly after the 2nd started. Came back with 3 unanswered goals to make it 3-3. CEC went up 4-3. GR ties 4-4. CEC up 5-4 and GR ties again 5-5. They showed great resiliency and kept battling all night, unfortunate they couldn't get another one. Outplayed CEC for most of the 3rd and OT. The D squad didn't play as well tonight(except Bischoff), gave up too many break aways and losing the battles of loose pucks in front of the net. Bischoff played a lot, double shifting the whole game, took a lot of shots. One or two of his shots from the point were tipped in for goals. Surprisingly Peterson was held goal-less.
And the seeding picture gets less clear...
