Thank God for the forum, proving to be the only reliable source of HS hockey info. The errors on the Flub continue to mount to record levels.
Keep it coming forumites.

Only good thing about the dudhub

The only good thing about the dud hub is the schedules. You can find in one spot every team in the states schedule. I use it to plan my trips , sometimes three hundred miles, by their schedule. Never been wrong with start times. Also the stats are nice to have on team pages.
I agree the scores are almost never correct and I don't even bother looking there anymore. I use this site for updates on the big games of the day.
I hope fellow posters will continue to put up scored for the fans to find.
Long live hockey and down with the dudhub. It is cr..p.

I was looking at scores this morning...and according to the Hub the Lakeville North/South game is still in the 2nd period with 10:14 to go....
It says North is winning 3-0, but the box score has this:
South 0 0 -
0
North 1 1 -
3
I wonder if students can miss school to finish watching the game....

Aren't scores/stats submitted by someone on the team?

Someone affiliated with the home team. Can be one of the coaches, the team manager or a parent of someone on the team.
Have also noticed that lots of weird things can appear while the data is being entered. So until the score is marked "Final" take what you see with a grain of salt.

It also drives me nuts when someone who hasn't been fully trained puts the time remaining on the clock instead of the elapsed time for goals and penalties. Totally screws up trying to figure out the flow of the game and power plays, since the program assumes that what is entered is the elapsed time.
