Mankato West vs New Prague

So what do we think about this tilt? #3 MW hosts #7 NP in a key section 1A battle. The winner should have the #1 seed in section 1A provided they take care of buisness the rest of the way.

In my opinon, Doug's rankings on FTP are the most accurate. I have always gone by his rankings over the years. He is unbiased and puts a lot of effort into making his rankings current and accurate. To each his own........

Anything that has MW ranked #10 today is a joke. After the results of the Hilltopper Classic, it is clear they deserve to be ranked higher than that. Like I said, to each their own, but my preference is the rankings on FollowThePuck.com.

Well, regardless of what these two teams are ranked it should be a good game.
I'm going with West winning 3-2

WOW !! Really I took the trip south to watch this game just to say I seen them play,, they matched up good to one another but that was it, MW was out played,, so yea maybe 10th or lower I would say it would be a good game against maybe SCC or Mahtomedi, good club though could have went either way but I believe the better team won tonight,

Pretty good game by both teams, props to the Trojans 3rd line who was pretty much matched up with West' top line all game. Tenacious and gritty play by them kept Frenz and co. off the scoreboard. Great coaching with the line matchups. The Trojan's almost got caught a couple of times on line changes during MW rushes tho. Next time these two get together should be real entertaining!!
