David Brumm spent the weekend in Vancouver with the Giants as well. Added to the list a couple months ago. Could be in the lineup yet this season, however, lots of college and USA Junior interest as well, so not a done deal by any stretch

Seems unlikely at least for my knowledge on Malmquist. I would be shocked if he left and if he did he would go to the USHL
His parents have been very vocal in the Edina community about him staying put to play high school here

If these players have aspirations of playing at the highest level..a move to the WHL followed by an impactful few months of hockey will skyrocket their stock in the upcoming draft.

I did speak with one of the players Dad this morning. This is a completely false rumor. I won't say which players dad - EP - Or what team he plays on - EP - but they did confirm that this is false.
