Any. BIG is hit and miss depending on how busy they are. How often do you have in skates sharpened in your family? If the answer is at least once a month sign up for the Total Hockey platinum breakaway membership ($40). Free sharpenings on tuesdays and wednesdays. You also get a store credit for signing up which is more than the $40.

Hat Trick at Richie. Never a line.
Otherwise go to Westie.
BIG is OK in a pinch and is a good choice for a sharpen outside of "business hours"

Two pieces of advice . Get a Sweet-stick for $20.00 at HG or Total Hockey. When you are stuck in a long tournament it will 100% do the job. We have one on our bench all the time. #2 get a Wissota sharpener and make your life a lot easier. $800 new or $500 used. Short of those two ideas you will always be in a line waiting for 45 min or risking some 16 year old kid grinding your inside edge down to nothing. No offense to the youth of America.

Depending on your kids age get a sharpener. Obviously if your kid(s) are bantams or older you wouldn't, otherwise it's a great investment. Plus it gives you some beer drinking time down in basement! Sharpen skates...tinker.....etc....

I've been looking for a used sharpener for a while....have yet to see one in the area of $500.

Buy a Wissota and start sharpening for $3 a pair and it will pay for itself. Get yourself one of these
http://www.pro-filer.com/hdi/ and your set.
