This might be in the wrong spot, and as my first post, I apologize if needs to be moved...however our program leaks players to High Schools outside of our association when they reach that level. Does anyone have a success story about a program that's been able to halt this sort of "bleeding" of skilled players? If so, what steps were taken, and how early in the process?

Little Falls (past), and Hermantown are a couple that come to mind. Some so-called top 'A' players will bend the rules and defect to 'AA' schools like EP tho!
