Seedings are set, who goes to the X? Predictions are welcome. Heck, put you knowledge on the line, pick the whole tournament!

1. EGF
2. Warroad
3. TRF
4. KCC
5. Detroit Lakes
6. Park Rapids
7. Crookston
8. RLF
9. Lake of the Woods
10. Bagley

Crookston over B/F
RLF over LotW

EGF over RLF
KCC over DL
TRF or PR
Warroad over Crookston

EGF over KCC
Warroad over TRF

EGF over Warroad

Detroit Lakes could pull the upset, to me a 4/5 game is a coin toss, but my upset special is Park Rapids over TRF. Yep, the Panthers are due!

Have a hard time seeing anyone other than Warroad beat EGF. I'll go with Green Wave.

After EGF's last games against Warroad and and TRF's. it is impossible to pick against them. Seriously EGF outshot TRF's 46-9! Warroad did little better in their loss. How do you prepare for a rematch after that?

TRF's forwards are very weak, so no surprise there.

Gotta go with egf.

Warroad has a shot, but not the favorite.

While there is no such thing as a Lock in post season, to say that EGF has gotten stronger as the season has gone on is a little of an understatment. EGF has played KCC, Warroad, and TRF falls in the last two weeks. Score EGF 16- Opponents 2. Shots EGF 133-36. While we all know that goals win games, Shots do matter. EGF v Warroad 5-1 Shots 42-18 EGF v KCC 5-0 Shots 45-8. EGF TRF 6-1, shots 46-9. You could point out that TRF kept it to one goal in TRF, still they were out shot 2-1. It would be really hard to pick against them.

I've been at both the recent Warroad and TRF games for EGF. Their defense is stiffling, smothering. Warroad only managed 5 shots in the second and third period combined, TRF barely managed a couple more for the whole game! Like last year, Warroad would have to go through TRF to get to EGF and this year the game is on the Prowlers ice and they have a recent win over the Warriors.

As it has been said, nothing is a lock, but I go with EGF in a section tournament that includes the LPH #1, #3, and #11 teams.

Roseau and EGF girls both lock up trips to state tonight. Will the Roseau and EGF boys do the same?

I'm not betting against either; they both stand a good chance of winning.

I'd just rather not see egf win is all :)

Roseau, I can take or leave.

EGF

I'm just curious as to why not EGF? They seem to have earned it. Am I missing something? Doesn't Warroad, Roseau, and Moorhead get boring?

'Cause I don't like egf is all 8)

Nothing technical, like whether they've earned it or not.

Though not likely, it is possible, and if there's upsets, I'd go with PR over TRF, and/or Crookston over Warroad.

Likely... (5) DL over Kittson
Keep your eye on (6) Park Rapids. Not likely, but I think they have a shot.

I agree... Park Rapids has the goaltender to pull off a potential upset.
