Great game, huge rivalry. I believe CDH will come out of this one champions. STA has gotten the best of them the past 2 years, its raider time now. Should be good to see ex-co-coaches facing off against each other. Vanelli for STA and O'Neill for CDH. These kids love playing this game every year, look forward to it on the schedule. Now a special meeting for a championship. And all of this at the X. Should be a good game.

Raiders beat the Cadets by a goal or two. Hickey will be the difference. He has a nose for the net and is a very hard worker.

Should be a great game.

Cretin by a bunch. Totino which is a mediocre team, gave STA all they wanted and had more scoring chances. Cretin is too strong, they will win by 3 or pucks.

cdh has struggled mightly against STA the last 3 years and I think started this game the same way. Its a good sign though to see this team score 4 unanswered goals to come away with the victory. Im really looking for cretin to do something this season.

I'm surprised on this one. I think STA is the better team.

good, but not better

I dont think i would say STA is better. STA's record i believe is 5-4-1 whereas CDH's is 10-1. Also, although CDH may have been outplayed at times, they still won head to head against STA.

Please, STA 5-4-1, CDH 10-1

STA was definately the better team in this game. Cretin got outshot and scored on some bogus plays/calls. For instance, Cretin got their big momentum goal to pull within 1 (2nd goal) by dumping the puck in, which took a funny bounce and came and hit the goalies back skate. the goalie felt it and turned to cover it and knocked it in his own net. how lucky could they have gotten with that one? this compared to the bing bang goals scored by STA... Cretin got outplayed in this one and I would in no way say that this should result in future wins by Cretin over the cadets....a few fluke bounces doesnt make a game.

I don't know, it just goes to show that anyone can lose, sure they have 4 losses, but this is probably their hardest schedule in a while, they lost at breck, lost to hill murray by a lot less than other people are, and had a bad game against North. No excuses, but Cretin's schedule isn't that hard either. They don't play at STA this year either. The once at excel then home for Cretin. Probably a toss up.

CDH won 5-2 at Breck. Both teams are good but i think CDH is better. They play again january 31 at Highland... CDH plays WBL twice, Hastings twice, Woodbury twice, Breck, Benidle, Edina, Roseville twice, and Wayzata...not a schedule i would call easy...

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... tah2020 at: 12/31/05 1:32 am

STA did outplay CDH for most of the game....but does this seem to matter. The Cadets walk away with the loss because of a badluck goal nd a terrible play by their goalie. Cadets are a solid squad, but may of played a little too good for their potential against the raiders. Losing to Breck is not good, considering Cretin handled Breck pretty easily. Impressed with STAs performance, but shows up as their 4th loss of the season.
