General question

Something that just occurred to me, never thought about it before.
Kid goes to an out of state school to play college hockey, get scholarship, etc.
Are they still subject to out of state tuition rates, or do athletes get a break on that too ?
I.e., which rate would the scholarship apply to ?

No athletic scholarships in Manitoba, or any other school in Canada beside Simon Fraser University in BC.

True, but if a Manitoba kid gets a scholly at Minnesota it will be at the in-state rate due to reciprocity.
