Nelson did not play. Miller played defense and had a nice goal in the first half.

Yes, I guess turns out Nelson was playing tourney in Chicago this weekend, so he skipped his Elite action here.

Agree Miller looked good, the kid is so tall and with long arm action he can do half rink hard breakout passes or opposite blue line wristers on goal.

Clayton Phillips also stood out.

With the talent and size of these bantams growing every years , its no wonder we are seeing more and more underclassmen high school standouts

Technically it was not a tournmaent that Nelson was at, it was the "STX 68", which THEORETICALLY was created to bring the best 68 players in the 2000 birth year together for a big "combine" in Chicago... you can argue that not all the "best 68" were there but that is what it was. Yes games were played but in a festival style, combine environment so to speak, not so much a tournament.... just FYI
