PONY EXPRESS 5-4(OT), all 9 goals on the Power Play, at least 1 fight and 60 combined shots on net. Giller scores all 4 for da'bears, HM faithful yawn on the board after the results.

Bears win 3-1. Giller with all 3 goals for his birthday. We'll see if Sager starts the same goalie in back to back games for the first time this season since Parenteau seems to be the best goalie right now and this will be the best team the Bears have seen so far but Moore and Dornfeld are pretty decent goalies in their own right so who knows
Remember the game is an early 5pm start due to it being rescheduled from Thursday night cause Sager didn't want to play Thursday-Friday-Saturday and the girls team already had the rink booked for a 7:30 game tomorrow

IS there a JV game first? 3pm?
Guy at the arena said both JV and Varsity played at 5 using both rinks.

I don't buy the transitive property when it comes to high school hockey. I don't think White Bear Lake will lose to Stillwater at home.

WBL up 2-0 early in the first it seems. Maybe Stillwater is giving them false confidence.

Bears win 3-1 as I predicted although Giller didn't score as I said he would. First time this season he didn't score a goal in a game.
First goal scored for the Bears was scored from center ice by Peter Wachtler. A goal Josh Benson definitely wants back.
2nd goal was an easy tap in by Wyatt Newpower after the Ponies didn't cover him at all
3rd was scored by Dylan Gast while crashing the net
The teams had a combined 9 power plays and not a goal was scored.
Simon Sagissor's goal for the ponies was only the 3rd time the Bears have been scored on while at even strength this season
