Edina 3 or more goal diff. I am guessing Giles is putting a powerplay together to get ready for playoffs. They will have lots of practice vs Wayzata. 3pp goals.

I left at the 6 minute mark with Edina ahead 6 to 3. Most Hornet goals were PP and from their first line. Wait himself had a hat trick.

Sorenson /Mismash were both ejected in 3rd, after a fight memorable of years gone by. Wayzata D corps were depleted to 3 men at that point , since they already had been only playing 2 pairs.

When i left there were 2 others from each team headed for the box.

With depleted ranks and too many penalties, Trojans were no match for Hornets talent and continuous fresh legs tonite.

Yes! Agree fully. Only problem with this, is sometimes you can't be at two games that are scheduled at the same time, and are forced to pick & choose. But I agree, attendance at games usually is disappointing, even at feature games.

I work at Braemar and didn't get much of a chance to see the game, but the one play I did see was the fight and what led to it. On the same play mishmash had two wayzata kids take runs at him and I'm guessing he just had enough of it. Obviously being the player that he is he probably gets a little extra jab or whatever but they might have gotten under his skin tonight.
What i saw was some Trojan took a run about 2 seconds after mishmash got rid of the puck, which he dodged, then right after that Sorenson took a run. I probably would have done the same thing if I was him.
